4. Change of Mind Returns:

  • If you change your mind and wish to return an unused product, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note:
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases, which will be communicated to you during the return process.

5. Returns Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@noriox.co.uk . They will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and guide you through the process.
  • Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include the RAN on the return packaging.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your return according to the applicable criteria in Sections 2, 3, or 4.

6. Refunds and Replacements:

  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If you are eligible for a replacement, we will arrange for the replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible.
